I’m Simone Jacks, a women’s fitness and wellness coach passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and balance. My own journey with Endometriosis, PCOS, breast surgery and anxiety has shown me the power of fitness to transform both body and mind. I focus on proper form, safe technique, and rehabilitation exercises to help women train effectively, even if they have past injuries or health conditions. Not after the full package? With a custom program you will get exactly what you need. We will have a call to go over your goals, health history and any injuries. You can choose how many days each week you want to train and how long you can commit.
