Book a PT SESSION

I offer in-person sessions by appointment only at Remedy Grounds, South Melbourne — a boutique, members-only gym with exceptional training and recovery facilities. New Clients Your first booking must be a 1-hour session so we can cover your goals, health history, injuries, and tailored activations. After this initial session, you’re welcome to book shorter sessions. If you’ve purchased a custom program, a 1-hour session is ideal so we can review each exercise together and record them for your reference. Non-Members If you’re not a Remedy Grounds member, I can arrange your first session at a special trial rate, which includes access to the recovery facilities. Allow an extra 1–2 hours after training to experience the full benefits of the space. Ongoing Sessions Once you’ve completed your initial session, you can book any session length. I’ll also ask you to arrive a little earlier to complete your activation exercises so we can begin training straight away. Training styles I offer:
