In Person Personal Training

I offer in person personal training by appointment only at Remedy Grounds, South Melbourne, a boutique, members-only gym with exceptional training and recovery facilities.

Sessions are personalised, technique focused, and designed to support your body safely and effectively.

New Clients

Your first booking is a 1 or 1.5 hour session.
This allows us to properly cover:

• Your goals
• Health history and any injuries
• Movement patterns and technique
• Tailored activations specific to your body

This session sets the foundation for safe, confident training moving forward.

After your initial session, you’re welcome to book shorter sessions if preferred.

Already Purchased a Custom Program?

If you’ve purchased a custom training program, a 1 or 1.5 hour session is ideal so we can:

  • Review each exercise together

  • Adjust technique as needed

  • Record exercises for your reference

This ensures you feel confident and supported when following your program independently.

Non Members of Remedy Grounds

If you’re not a Remedy Grounds member, I can organise your first session for free, which includes access to the recovery facilities.

I recommend allowing an additional 1–2 hours after training to experience the full benefits of the space.

Ongoing Sessions

Once you’ve completed your initial session, you can book any session length that suits your needs.

I’ll also ask you to arrive a little earlier to complete your activation exercises so we can begin training straight away and make the most of your session time.
